I thoroughly enjoyed the trip to the Lion’s Rally in Eastbourne the weekend before last, especially as it was my first long trip on an old bike. We missed the main run in Eastbourne (as every year), I couldn’t kick-start the bl… bike half the time, I didn’t always manage to keep up with the rest and nearly suffered from heatstroke. Despite all of this it was a great day out. Pity that I will never be able to find any of those Pubs again. This is especially so as we still don’t know if the guy in the flimsy pants ever managed to do that jump on his water-skis!

Although some of you decided to stay behind and spend the evening in the Princes of Wales I understand that the mystery tour to the Dog & Duck last Tuesday went very well. You will be pleased to hear that there will be another mystery tour on the 11^th July. (Full tanks required ;-) )

04’Jul’06, M.S.L. BBQ	Yes, it is that time of the year again… M.S.L. are having a BBQ! Well, a hog-roast (courtesy of Andy), burgers, fried onions, salads, sauerkraut etc. Prices will be given to the finest bikes and their riders and Linda and I will be flogging those raffle-tickets again. Hope to see you all there. Don’t hesitate to bring friends and family.

Show Secretary John F. would like to thank all participants of the well attended Woking Show for the great display and good day.

He really enjoyed the day and is hoping for a similarly good turnout for the next shows.

Due to the overwhelming response to my asking for details regarding the trip to Holland I have created a ‘Special Edition TT – Trip to Holland 2006’, which is now available for pick-up from the message board. For those of you who don’t fancy reading the extensive essays, the essence seems to be ‘An overall entertaining but slightly damp trip’.

We are the founder branch of the TOMCC, founded in 1949 by a group of Triumph motorcycle enthusiasts in the South London area. To this day we hold regular meets and organise and participate in a wide range of activities such as runs (local, national and international) and country shows. And most importantly we enjoy our bikes in the company of like-minded people.
