As some of you might have heard MSL was approached to provide four outriders for the funeral of a classic motorcycle enthusiast. Dave K. and Brian B. on their Bonnies, Mac on his TRW and Colin M. on his Tiger 90 did the honours and I understand they did a good job. A substantial amount (£300) was donated to our chosen charity “Headway”. Well done, guys! Apparently the NEC was a bit disappointing this year
with a lot less interesting stands to visit than in previous years. However,
everybody seems to have enjoyed the trip … and there is always ‘Ally Pally’ (28 Jan. – For those of you who are interested in First Aid, St
Johns Ambulance is offering courses especially designed for motorcyclists in Croydon: 26 November –day- For a detailed description of the course please refer to the notice board. The price is £35.00 + VAT and courses can be booked at 020 7258 3456. |
