As some of you
may have already heard, one of our lads has completed the Once again Bob's
Quiz Night was a great success. 'The Wobblies' won with 39 points just ahead
of the 'Jolly Bikers' (38 points) and 'The Movers' (37 points). The lucky
winning team decided to contribute the prize money to Deen City Farm (also
see below for Charity run this Sunday). Well done! I understand the
Surrey vs MSL bowling match last Thursday produced a decent result with the
'cup' now safely back in MSL's hands. See you next year, Surrey. Quick up-date -
I am still trying to get a VCA certificate for my Thunderbird in order to
have it registered in the UK. It is now likely that I will have to physically
take the bike to the VCA … Bureaucracy gone mad! The next
Thunderbird Times will be issued in January 2007. |

About the club:
Mighty
We
are the founder branch of the TOMCC, founded in 1949 by a group of Triumph
motorcycle enthusiasts in the South London area. To this day we hold regular
meets and organise and participate in a wide range of activities such as runs
(local, national and international) and country shows. And most importantly we
enjoy our bikes in the company of like-minded people.
For more information
also see our website http://www.tomcc-msl.org.uk or just
