With the Pioneer Run and the long Easter weekend passing by in a nice and sunny manner, the biking season 2005 has now officially started. And just like the flowers in my front garden our Club Calendar seems to be prospering nicely with lots to do in the coming months. I will therefore not bore you with the story of how I got my bike back from Germany but restrict myself to provide you with an up-date of what is going in April and May.
Up-Coming Events:
10’Apr’05, Last Chance Animal Rescue	Meet at Farthing Downs at 10.30am. This is a charity run to an animal sanctuary. As this sanctuary relies entirely on donations a large turnout would be welcome. So bring along your friends & family.
14’Apr’05, Club Run Surrey Branch	Meet at the “Barley Mow” in West Horsley at 8.00pm. Please, ensure you have a full tank. The run will be to a Pub.
24’Apr’05, Classic w/e @ Jack Lilley’s	Meet at “Tolworth Bowl” at 11.00am.
26’Apr’05, Club Run	Starting 8.00pm, going to “The Rat”, Walton-on-the-Hill. Please, ensure you have a full tank.
30’Apr’05, Trip to Youngs’ Brewery	Meet at “The Princess of Wales” at noon. The tour will be at 2pm and we will return to the Pub for nibbles afterwards.
02’May’05, Fleet Lions Run	See message board for details.
07’May’05, Southern Classic Bike Show and Autojumble	Kempton Park. Bikes can be taken there on Friday, as there will be security on the premises.
08’May’05, Sunday Run	Meet 10.30am. See board and future TTs for further details.
20’-22’ May’05, Nul-Vet-Treffen Perkpolder, Holland	I understand that ferry / hotel / camping are already sorted out for all participants of this trip. If in doubt, please contact Mog as soon as possible.

Miscellaneous: Please provide the editor with plenty of input to fill this section in future editions.
Changes to the committee: Mog is our new Chairman following the retirement of Mac. Brian Peters has taken over as Runs Leader from Mog and Robin is now responsible for the Club’s Regalia. The positions Show Secretary and Social Secretary are now combined with John Flower being in charge.
Season’05	We are planning to have a Club run one Sunday a month. Ideas and Runs Leaders are welcome. Nominations so far: Doddie’s “Last Chance Animal Rescue” charity run (see front). Chichester, Corfe Castle near Southampton. An airfield with vintage planes (Robin for details).

Mighty South London Triumph Owners Motorcycle Club

We are the founder branch of the TOMCC, founded in 1949 by a group of Triumph motorcycle enthusiasts in the South London area. To this day we hold regular meets and organise and participate in a wide rage of activities such as runs (local, national and international) and country shows. And most importantly we enjoy our bikes in the company of like-minded people.
